✈️ Welcome to Aerocaribbean Virtual
Dear pilot,
Today, you’re not just joining a virtual airline.
You’re joining an idea. A feeling. A vision that knows how to fly.
Aerocaribbean Virtual was born from a deep desire to do things right.
To fly with purpose.
To create a space where every takeoff matters and every landing tells a story.
We’re not here to be the biggest—we’re here to be the most human.
We want you to feel part of something real, something built with heart.
Because behind every route, behind every flight, there are people who believe in what they do.
And starting today, you are one of them.
Thank you for believing. Thank you for flying differently.
With pride,

Abi A - Mon, Feb 16, 2026 5:48 PM
At AeroCaribbean VA, we have implemented an important update to our Bookings system with the goal of making group flights, events, and flying tour legs together easier and more flexible.
What’s changing?
1️⃣ New callsign usage on online networks (IVAO / VATSIM)
From now on, your AeroCaribbean VA Pilot ID will be used by default as the callsign number in your flight plan on IVAO or VATSIM.
This will allow multiple pilots to fly the same route from the AeroCaribbean VA website without causing conflicts in IVAO or VATSIM flight plans.
2️⃣ Multiple pilots on the same flight
Multiple pilots will now be able to place a bid on the same flight.
This opens the door to flying together on the same route in Tours, Events, or Schedules, while each pilot can still report their own PIREP using ACARS.
⚠️ Important:
If you are flying in a group, make sure your flight plan on IVAO or VATSIM does not use the same callsign number as another pilot flying at the same time.
Remember that this number can still be changed if you want your callsign to match the flight number you are flying. We are simply changing the default number that our system sends.
We hope this update provides the tools for us to fly together more often and also opens the door to new event-related features in the future.
See you in the skies 🛫

Top Ranking
Pilot of the Month
What is the Top Pilot Ranking?
This recognition aims to reward the effort and dedication of our members, inspiring everyone to fly with excellence and consistency.
The system updates every 24 hours, allowing pilots to see in real time how the Top Pilot Ranking evolves. At the end of each month, the VA staff reviews all the information and officially determines the final result.
They also receive a VA bonus in the following amounts:
• 3rd place: 250 virtual pesos
• 2nd place: 380 virtual pesos
• 1st place: 500 virtual pesos
Pilots who rank first in each evaluation area of the Top Pilot program also receive a medal certifying them as the winner of that category.
Pilot of the Month: This title is awarded after the VA Staff evaluates the monthly Top Pilot Ranking and recognizes the pilot who stands out across all categories and remains consistently active in the airline.
The Pilot of the Month receives an additional bonus of 1000 virtual pesos, a special medal, and a featured promotion on the airline's website front page as a recognition of their outstanding performance.
